It's Official, I'm a Creative Consultant with IFWG/IPI Comics

Time to get a business card again

Lots of changes happening in my life at the moment. The upshot is I am going to be focussing more on creative stuff. Just came from a meeting with my good buddy and IFWG/IPI Comics editor Christopher Sequeira who tells me I'm an official consultant with the company.  I say official because Chris and I have been kibitzing for years as anyone who knows our history would be well aware.

In other news I've been working on the latest issue of Dark Detective which is the fina issue in the current arc. Interesting, because I worked on the first issue doing layouts for Phil Cornel. The story features the Marquis De Frankenstein, who I did a pinup for in the first issue too. Picture right.

Best Laid Plans

So maybe I won't be adding to this website as often as I had planned. Hopefully, I will remember to hit publish after I update because it seems like I've been offline for months without knowing it.
Anyway, I've been the usual kind of busy, as in busy busy.  Finally the last issue of Human Fly has been put out and the trade paperback is out. Currently I'm busy creating a series of lectures on how to do comics, critical thinking and other subjects. I'm currently in negotiation with a venue to host these. I'm also working on issue 9 of Dark Detective while I develop a couple of secret projects with DD writer and frequent collaborator Christopher Sequeira.  The image below is for one of them it's ... top secret.

I'm Launching my new website.

Woohoo! New website. Carpe Diem. No more procrastinating. I'm doing this now.
I've finallly got on top of my deadline with the Human Fly (that's the cover of issue 3 below). So even as I work away on my final issue, I have time to start setting things up for what I'll be doing once that finishes. I'm going to be doing some more stuff with my great friend Christopher Sequiera but I also want to finally get this particular passion project out there. Dutch Technique which I'll be blogging and vlogging about as I gear up for the Kickstarter.  And just because I always have to bite off more than a T-rex could chew, I've started a new blog just for good measure.
